The Kryptec.net engineering team is based out of the Security Operations Center in the Orange County Data Center. The security engineering team from Kryptec.net can manage, monitor and react to unauthorized access to any Managed Security Partners. What sets the Kryptec.net Managed security solution apart from the wide array of Managed Security Service Providers is the attention to detail that is employed in every contract. Kryptec.net can provide support for the development of security policies and procedures that provide action and recourse for managed service customers if an intrusion is attempted. In addition, our SOC and help desk provides true real time support for security issues that may arise day to day.
Kryptec.net Management Services offers a more complete level of service for Security devices. While under a management contract with Kryptec.net, our service includes a Security Account Manager assigned to the contract. The focus of the Kryptec.net SAM is to continuously log into the device to fine tune and update the device with intentions of maximizing performance and security. The SAM constantly checks and rechecks policies, monitors the log files to make sure that the device is performing correctly and provides updates to the device when they become available.
